Food tasting!

Here comes the fun part!  Since Scott is working almost every day, my mom and I are going to taste some of the food that will be served at the wedding (he’ll get a doggy bag so he can try everything at home).  Here is what we have picked out so far:

Hors D’oeuvres:  baked Brie, Croustades with apricot chutney and salmon, Phyllo cups with artichoke stuffing, crab cakes

Main Course: Chicken stuffed with feta and sundried tomatoes, pork loin with nuts and raisins in wine sauce.

Chateau Polenez

We have chosen the Chateau Polenez as our wedding venue.  It’s really pretty inside AND outside.

Well, Scott Bates and Valerie Grey will be married on June 20, 2008. 

Scott is a graduate of Baylor, and UT Medical School, currently doing residency in Houston, Texas before beginning a 3 year residency in Seattle.

Valerie Grey is a graduate of A&M and soon to be UT School of Nursing.

 Both Valerie and Scott reside in Houston Texas.
